As the Founder and CEO of Felicia Clotworthy Collective, Ms. Clotworthy is dedicated to empowering educational leaders and enhancing learning environments. With over three decades of extensive experience in administrative leadership, program and operations management, and strategic development across diverse educational settings, she brings a proven track record of driving significant improvements and fostering inclusive cultures.
Ms. Clotworthy’s expertise lies in leadership development, where she coaches and mentors aspiring and current educational leaders to amplify their impact. She also specializes in educator development, providing customized professional learning experiences that elevate teaching skills and effectiveness.
Beyond individual and team development, she offers comprehensive organizational strategy and consulting to optimize school and organizational performance through strategic planning and change management.
